BYD Introduces Denza N8 EV with Class-Leading Range and Ultra-Fast Charging

BYD has officially unveiled the new Denza N8, a 5-seat all-electric SUV that achieves a CLTC range of 1,003 km (623 miles) and can recharge from 10% to 70% in just five minutes using its Flash Charging technology. The vehicle, built on BYD's e3 platform, is equipped with the latest Blade Batteries 2.0 and a substantial 130.15 kWh battery pack.

The new Denza N8 EV measures 5,150 mm in length, 1,999 mm in width, and 1,820 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,075 mm. It will be offered in both single rear-wheel-drive (RWD) and tri-motor all-wheel-drive (AWD) configurations. The RWD version delivers either 320 kW (429 hp) or 370 kW (496 hp), while the tri-motor AWD variant produces a combined output of 890 kW (1,193 hp), featuring a 270 kW front motor and two 310 kW rear motors.

This technological breakthrough addresses two critical barriers to EV adoption: range anxiety and charging downtime.
