Czech drone manufacturer Primoco UAV has obtained the final building permit for its new manufacturing facility in Pisek. The company will invest approximately CZK 750 million (USD 35.85 million) in the project, with operations scheduled to begin in 2028.
Upon completion, the new plant will increase Primoco's annual production capacity to 300 units of its One 150 unmanned aircraft. The One 150 features a maximum takeoff weight of 150 kg, an endurance of up to 15 hours, and holds both NATO military certification and civilian permits. To date, over 250 One 150 drones have been produced and are operating on four continents.
For B2B clients in defense, surveillance, and logistics, this expansion signals a significant increase in the availability of certified, medium-lift, long-endurance UAVs from a European supplier. It offers a non-Chinese alternative for large-scale procurement and mission-critical operations, reducing supply chain risks and expanding sourcing options for organizations seeking NATO-compliant platforms.
