Built by Shenzhen Jianheng Technology Co. Ltd., model OID9590190-30000-25.2V is a UAV battery pack OEM solution for professional drone battery platforms. This semi-solid-state 25.2V pack combines roughly 320Wh/kg energy density with 5C continuous discharge to support longer and more demanding flight missions.
This 7S UAV battery pack is rated at Nominal Voltage: 25.2V with Nominal Capacity: 30000mAh (typical 30200mAh). Its Maximum Continuous Discharge Current: is 150.0A (5C), while Burst Discharge Current: reaches 300.0A (10C for ≤2 seconds). Internal Impedance: is ≤10.1mΩ (AC 1kHz), Weight: 2352g ±2.5%, and Dimensions: MAX 9.5 * 633.5 * 191.0 mm.
The unit relies on semi-solid-state lithium-ion cells in a 7-cell series arrangement. Nominal voltage is 25.2V (3.6V per cell), and charge cut-off voltage is 29.4V (4.2V per cell); this chemistry is selected for high energy density and enhanced safety.
Charging: 10℃ to +45℃
Discharging: -10℃ to +60℃. For optimal performance and cycle life, Jianheng recommends operating within these temperature ranges. The pack maintains ≥60% of its capacity at -10℃ and ≥95% at 60℃ when discharged at 0.5C.
With 1C charge and 3C discharge, this drone battery is rated for ≥300 cycles while retaining ≥80% of minimum capacity. Keeping operation inside specified limits helps maximize service life.
For short-term storage (≤1 month), keep the pack between -20℃ and 45℃. For long-term storage (≤1 year), use 25±3℃ and ≤75%RH with state of charge between 25.2V and 26.95V (3.60V~3.85V per cell). Recharge every 3 months to avoid over-discharge.
Jianheng Technology provides a 6-month warranty from shipment date for material or workmanship defects when the battery has been used according to specifications.
Use only a charger specified for 7-series (7S) lithium-ion batteries with a 29.4V charge cut-off voltage. Standard charge current is 15.0A (0.5C), and maximum charge current is 30.0A (1C).
This pack reaches approximately 320 Wh/kg, a high energy density suited to weight-sensitive drone applications.
At end-of-life, fully discharge the pack to 0V, tape the terminals for insulation, and follow local disposal regulations. Do not incinerate it or place it in regular trash.
The pack is designed with multiple safety protections. It has passed rigorous safety tests including short circuit, overcharge (3C to 32.2V), forced discharge, vibration, and drop tests without fire or explosion. A critical safety note: over-discharge below 17.5V will permanently damage the battery and must be avoided.
