Safety & Application Conditions

The OID SNR32700-45H is designed with rigorous safety standards. It complies with comprehensive safety tests including overcharge, over-discharge, short circuit, thermal abuse (130℃), crush, drop, and temperature cycling without fire or explosion.

Critical Application Requirements:

  • Must be used with a Battery Management System (BMS) to monitor voltage, current, and temperature.
  • Charging is prohibited below 0℃ to prevent performance degradation.
  • Storage conditions: -20℃~45℃ (short-term) / 0℃~25℃ (long-term >3 months). Activate every 3 months by charging to 3.0V at 0.5C.
  • Proper heat dissipation and waterproof design in the battery pack are mandatory.
  • Do not mix cells with different part numbers in the same battery system.
